Company overview

KCC Precision has designed and manufactured pneumatic, hydraulic and electric cylinders, solenoid valves, pneumatic grippers, air units and vacuum equipment since 1992. The company was founded to localise pneumatic and hydraulic components that Korean industry had been importing. Products are built around site conditions. The cylinders and valves go into welding lines for automotive frames, battery plants where they must resist dust ingress, high-pressure and large-bore equipment for power and steel plants, and railcar doors where they are rated to operate at −25°C. Production runs across three plants — Gunpo and two in Daegu — alongside an in-house pneumatics research centre accredited in 2004. The company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, together with CE, UKCA, cUL, SIL2 and explosion-proof safety certification. A subsidiary in Uzbekistan was established in 2022.

Main products

Pneumatic cylinders

An industrial actuator that converts compressed air into linear or rotary motion. A wide range of bore and stroke sizes covers standard automation equipment as well as custom specifications.

Solenoid valves

A control component that opens and closes air or fluid flow on an electrical signal. It governs response speed and service life on an automation line, and the range runs from standard models to explosion-proof certified versions.
