Company overview

JT Precision manufactures textile beams for looms and warpers. The company was incorporated in December 2004 and moved to its current, expanded plant in Chilgok, Gyeongsangbuk-do, in 2006. The range covers warp beams and loom beams. It includes warp beams for Tsudakoma, Kawamoto and Benninger, loom beams for Picanol Delta-Omni air jet and Gtm-A rapier machines, width series from 170W to 230W, and large beams in the 1,900–3,600 range — each drawn to the machine type and width. Beam bodies use A6061-T6 aluminium alloy; barrels use Stpg 200A steel pipe. Exports began with a shipment to Indonesia in 2005 and reached Vietnam in January 2006, followed by Malaysia, China, Egypt, the UAE, Uzbekistan, Japan and Bangladesh — nine countries in total. Shipments to Tsudakoma of Japan began in 2012.
