Company overview
CDC Pneumatics began manufacturing pneumatic and hydraulic valves and components in 1983 and was incorporated in 2013. The company runs four product lines: pneumatics, plumbing parts, Fluidfit fittings for drinking water and food equipment, and tubing.
One-touch fittings and speed controllers go into factory automation lines, while fittings for the battery industry and high-temperature PPSU push-in fittings serve more demanding process conditions. Fluidfit products for water purifiers, beverage dispensers and food processing equipment use non-toxic materials such as POM, PP, PPSU and PVDF, and couplers, nipples and ball valves cover high-pressure, high-temperature piping.
Production runs at the head office plant in the Seongseo 5 advanced industrial complex in Dalseong-gun, Daegu, with a second office in Seoul. It operates a corporate research institute accredited in 2010 and holds ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, IATF 16949 and CE; products in contact with water are certified to NSF 51, 61 and 169, WRAS, ACS and TIFQ. Exports began in Asia in 1995 and extended to Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, and a joint venture company was established in Italy in 2010.
